Her name is Hope. Hope was tied up around the neck with electrical wire by 19-year-old Dionte Davis and left to die in the woods. Her trachea was severed from her struggle. She survived a little while after being rescued but sadly did not make it. She was, however, alive when the above picture was taken. Nearly decapitated, but still alive.
